Mmm, chocolate, mmm and peanut butter. Could it be better? No, that's what I just thought. And it's extremely quick to make as well. The batter is loose and that's how it should be. You will get a sticky mug cake. Why not serve it with vanilla ice cream.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake
3 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp powdered peanut butter, pb2
2-3 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp coconut oil
pinch of salt
4 tbsp water / almond milk
chocolate chips, after taste
Mix all the ingredients in a mug / ramekin. Microwave until
the cake starts to set. Don't overbake it, it's supposed to be sticky. Top with
more chocolate chips and peanut butter.
Choklad Jordnötssmör Mug Cake
3 msk mandelmjöl
1 msk pulvriserad jordnötssmör, PB2
2-3 msk kokossocker
2 msk kakaopulver
1 tsk kokosolja
nypa salt
4 msk vatten / mandelmjölk
chokladchips, efter smak
Blanda alla ingredienser i en mugg / liten ugnsform. Ställ i
micron och värm tills kakan börjar stelna. Den ska vara kladdig. Toppa med mer mera chokladchips och jordnötssmör.
