To have energy balls in the fridge is great when you need energy quickly. These can be eaten before and after a workout or why not with your afternoon coffee. I used raisins, but dates works just as well. Instead of carob powder you can use cocoa powder.

1,5 dl russin
0,5 dl mandelmjöl
0,5 dl havregryn
2 tsk carobpulver eller kakaopulver
1,5 tsk kokosolja eller vatten
rulla i hackade pistagenötter och mörk choklad
Blanda alla ingredienser i en matberedare. Forma blandningen
till bollar och rulla i pistagenötter och choklad. Förvara i kylen.
Chocolate Energy Bites
7 pcs
1.5 dl raisins (2/3 cup)
0.5 dl almond flour (1/4 cup)
0.5 dl rolled oats (1/4 cup)
2 tsp carob powder or cocoa powder
1.5 tsp coconut oil or water
roll in chopped pistachios and dark chocolate
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor. Shape the
mixture into balls and roll in pistachios and chocolate. Store in the fridge.
