I like to mix both chia seeds and protein powder in my porridge to make it more satisfying. I top my porridge with good fats in the form of peanut butter.
Rye Protein Porridge
1 dl rye flakes
2.5 dl water
1 tsp chia seeds
salt
2 tbsp sunwarrior protein powder, chocolate
Put the flakes, water, chia and salt in a saucepan and cook until the flakes are soft. Stir in the protein powder and serve.
Råg Proteingröt
1 dl rågflingor
2,5 dl vatten
1 tsk chiafrön
salt
2 msk sunwarrior proteinpulver, choklad
Sätt flingor, vatten, chia och salt i en kastrull och koka tills flingorna är mjuka. Rör i proteinpulver och servera.
