These are my favorite pancakes right now. Filled with protein and antioxidants from the blueberries. I want to give you a tip, under fry the pancakes slightly, and you will have deliciously gooey pancakes. Blueberries provides a good sweetness to pancakes. Depending on the protein powder you use, the amount of almond flour vary. When I use a protein powder containing both whey and casein I only need 0.5 dl almond flour, but when I use a whey protein powder I need up to 1.5 dl almond flour. The batter should be thick. Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Pancakes
6 pcs
2 eggs
50 g cream cheese
1.5 dl almond flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
pinch of salt
blueberries
Mix all the ingredients, except for the blueberries, in a bowl with a hand blender. Heat a frying pan with coconut oil and pour in the batter. Top the pancakes with blueberries. Fry the pancakes golden brown on both sides.
Blåbär-Ostkaka Proteinplättar
6 st
2 ägg
50 g färskost
1,5 dl mandelmjöl
1 skopa vaniljproteinpulver
nypa salt
blåbär
Blanda alla ingredienser, förutom blåbären, i en skål med en stavmixer. Hetta upp en stekpanna med kokosolja och häll i smeten. Toppa plättarna med blåbär. Stek plättarna gyllenbruna på båda sidor.
