I like, as you may already know, to bake with protein powder and peanut butter. This time it resulted in soft cookies flavored with vanilla and peanut butter. Perfect with some afternoon coffee or why not before or after your workout.
Soft Vanilla Peanut Cookies
6 pcs
30 g egg whites
1 tbsp sukrin or other sweetener
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbps vanilla protein powder, Muscletech phase 8
pinch of vanilla powder
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and shape into 6 balls. Put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten them slightly. Top with a peanut. Bake in 175 C degrees for 5-6 minutes.
Mjuka Vanilj Jordnötscookies
6 st
30 g äggvita
1 msk sukrin eller annat sötningsmedel
2 msk jordnötssmör
2 msk vaniljproteinpulver, Muscletech phase 8
en nypa vaniljpulver
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål och forma till 6 bollar. Lägg dem på en plåt klädd med bakplåtspapper och platta till dem lätt. Toppa med en jordnöt. Grädda i 175 C grader i 5-6 minuter.

De liknar litet mina tahinicookies;D Har aldrig ännu prövat proteinpulver,men dina cookies ser nog jätte goda ut:)
