At one time I ate chia pudding each day. It's so good and you can vary the flavours in eternity. In recent times I have eaten togurt with various good toppings. But now it was time for a summery chia pudding and I call this one rainbow chia pudding.
4.5-5 dl coconut milk
5 tbsp chia seeds
vanilla powder
stevia, optional
beetroot powder (holistic.se)
blueberry powder (holistic.se)
wheatgrass powder (superfoodies)
Stir together all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover and let stand in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. Stir occasionally so that no lumps are formed. Divide the pudding into three bowls and stir in the berry powders and wheatgrass powder. Fill a glass with the different colors and top with berries if you like.

rödbetspulver (holistic.se)
blåbärspulver (holistic.se)
vetegräspulver (superfoodies)
Rör ihop alla ingredienser i en skål. Täck över och låt stå i kylen ett par timmar eller över natten. Rör om då och då så att inte klimpar bildas. Dela puddingen i tre skålar och blanda ner bärpulvren och vetegräspulvret i dem. Fyll ett glas med de olika färgerna och toppa med bär om du vill.
