During the summer I like to bake with berries. The best thing is to eat the berries as they are, but sometimes it's good to have a baked goodie with the afternoon coffee or to bring to the beach or the park. These squares are very well suited to take along and the recipe can be doubled, and then you can make them on a baking sheet.
Bärrutor
2 ägg
1 dl kokossocker
1 dl socker
75 g smör, smält
1 dl grädde
1 dl kvarg
2,5 dl vetemjöl
1 dl havregryn
1,5 tsk bakpulver
1 tsk kardemumma
3 dl hallon och blåbär
Vispa ägg och socker fluffigt. I en skål blanda smält smör, grädde och kvarg och tillsätt blandningen i äggsmeten. Till sist blanda i mjöl, havregryn, bakpulver och kardemumma. Häll smeten i en form på ca 30 x 30 cm och toppa med bär. Grädda i 175 C i ca 30 minuter.

1 dl sugar
75 g butter, melted
1 dl cream
1 dl quark
2.5 dl flour
1 dl oats
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cardamom
3 dl raspberry and blueberries
Beat eggs and sugar fluffy. In a bowl mix melt butter, cream and quark and add the mixture to the egg batter. Finally mix in flour, oats, baking powder and cardamom. Pour the batter into a baking pan of about 30 x 30 cm and top with berries. Bake at 175 C for about 30 minutes.
